To use the Pocket Watch to detect broken TARDISes, simply hold the watch in either hand as you explore the world. This is an indication of timeships responding to the bell as its sound mirrors its own Cloister Bell, which is often an indication of distress or impending danger. If ringing the bell produces an echoing "Cloister Bell" sound, it means a broken TARDIS may be within range (3 chunk radius around the Bell). To detect broken TARDISes, you can right click a Minecraft Bell for long distance searches, and narrow the search radius down with a Pocket Watch.
